Fabio Sinibaldi, PsyD, MBPsS
Founder and President of the Association for Integrative Sciences, Fabio Sinibaldi is an expert in Neurosciences, Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), Affective Neurobiology, and Behavioral Science.
He integrates these and other fields with a modern evolutionary and ethological perspective. He is the creator of Integrative Sciences, the Change Switches, the Integrative Functional Schemes, and all the techniques featured in the courses. His experience and research form the foundation of the work done at the Association for Integrative Sciences, aimed at creating an integrated, scientific approach to human and professional well-being.
With an international career spanning over 20 years, he is a faculty member at various specialized schools and regularly participates as a speaker at national and international conferences.

Founder and Vice President of the Association for Integrative Sciences, Sara Achilli is an expert in nutrition and well-being, with a deep focus on understanding how food and physical activity impact health, emotional responses, mood, and cognitive function. Her work centers on optimizing metabolic balance and addressing inflammatory states through an integrative approach that combines diet, exercise, and stress management, with a particular emphasis on functional nutrition to address the root causes of health challenges.
Sara is the creator of the Metabolic-Emotional Switch model, a groundbreaking tool designed to target inflammation in the gut and brain while enhancing energy metabolism and mind-body efficiency. Stress and emotions are two central elements of human life and experience.
